About Our Lab

We are a molecular ecology lab focusing on using genetic and genomic tools to aid with conservation and natural resource management. We approach our work from both an applied and basic sciences perfective. One of the most rewarding parts of our job is knowing that the data we produce can help management and conservation groups optimize their management strategies. We also aim to expand our understanding regarding how environmental disruptors (such as invasive species or climate change) drive large-scale ecological change.
